We offer you the opportunity to stop living out of boxes and start living in a home with friendly housemates.

We know that everyone needs somewhere comfortable to call their own.  Our rooms are fully furnished with high quality furniture that includes a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair.  Where space allows, we include extras such as sofas and desks.

We also kit out the kitchen with all the basics, provide iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.  So you’re all set from day one.

And to help with keeping your new home clean, we even pay for a cleaner to clean the communal areas regularly.  If cleaning is not your thing, you can make separate arrangements for them to clean your room too for a small fee.

Where a house has a garden, we also arrange for a gardener to keep everything ship shape.

We never rent out rooms that we wouldn’t be happy living in ourselves.
