Out of the Box Property Solutions is run by partners Frode Storhaug and Kish Wilkinson.

Their journey in property started in 2007 when they bought their first Buy to Let property - a run down bungalow in Watford. 

Frode (actually he’s Norwegian and not a Hobbit) put his considerable joinery skills to good use in the house to create a stylish family home complete with a large new lounge, a custom made kitchen and new en-suite to the master bedroom. 

Since then they have moved into property management offering landlords a reliable, high quality service.  Landlords are happy to leave the couple to manage their properties knowing that they are in safe hands.

Frode can turn his hand to many tasks and personally handles much of the maintenance for properties managed by Out of the Box Property Solutions.  This means that issues can be dealt with promptly preventing damage to properties and keeping tenants happy.
